Our technician will arrive at the property with technology to scan each floor. Then the design team will work their magic and produce a floor plan based on laser and LiDAR technology.

We deliver both floor plans with and without dimensions in black and white within 24-48 hours.

Each additional building that is not attached to the main building may carry an additional service fee (e.g. Laneway house, unattached garage etc.)

Please remember that these floor plans are for marketing purposes only, they are not architectural or engineering floor plans. Floor plans provide a rough estimate of the total floor area and shape of each room.
